Clarity before commitment. Precision before delivery.

IT Consulting

Most technology projects do not fail because of bad engineering. They fail because of unclear scope, optimistic timelines, and complexity that was never mapped. Good planning is not bureaucracy — it is the discipline that lets teams move fast with confidence.

I help teams and organisations think through what they are building, why it matters, and how to deliver it without burning out or blowing the budget.

How I Can Help

  • Scope & requirements — structured workshops to surface what is actually needed and what is not
  • Effort estimation — layered bottom-up estimates with explicit assumptions and risk-adjusted contingency
  • Delivery roadmapping — phased plans that make sense to both engineering teams and business stakeholders
  • Technical risk review — identifying what can go wrong before it does
  • Team setup — role definitions, working agreements, engineering standards for new or scaling teams

If any of this sounds like what your project needs right now — let's talk.

What I Bring

A Good Sparring Partner

The most valuable thing early in a project is someone who asks hard questions. What are we actually solving? What does done look like? What are we trading off? I don't validate plans — I stress-test them before delivery does.

I work best in early-stage conversations: scoping sessions, architecture reviews, pre-sprint planning, and decision points where the cost of being wrong is highest.

Agile Without the Ceremony

Short feedback loops, working software over documentation, adaptive planning, and teams that own their process. What I do not believe in is ceremony for its own sake — stand-ups that replace thinking, velocity metrics that replace accountability. The framework serves the team, not the other way around.

Modern Tooling & TDD Mindset

CI/CD pipelines, static analysis, code review culture, AI-assisted development — the best teams use tools that remove friction and surface problems early. I pair that with a test-driven mindset: define what success looks like before you build it. That discipline applies beyond unit tests — to requirements, API design, and acceptance criteria.

Background

  • 10+ years delivering IT projects — insurance systems, integrations, platform migrations
  • Certified Scrum Master — applied across multiple Agile programmes
  • MBA — Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, 2020
  • Builder of several production systems from scratch, including an AI platform and a data aggregation engine

Let's Talk

A 30-minute conversation is often enough to spot the biggest risks in a plan or find a simpler path to what you need. No pitch, no obligation — just a clear-headed look at where your project stands.
